Die Fans von The Crew dürfen sich auf weitere Inhalte für ihren Community-Racer freuen. Wie Ubisoft nun bekannt gab, wird man zeitnah drei neue Fahrzeuge hinzufügen. Neben dem Mazda MX 5 in der jeweiligen Variante (Standard-, Straßen- und Performance-) werden zwei neue Motorräder (Kawasaki Z 1000 ABS & Ducati Panigale R) hinzugefügt.

Die bereits im Spiel enthaltenen RUF RT 3, Ducati Monster S und KTM SuperDuke 1290 erhalten zudem neue Spezifikationen in The Crew.

Am 20. Juli 2016 wird es für The Crew einen neuen Patch geben, welcher weitere Fehler behebt:

Bug fixes and improvements:

• Fixed a bug that was occurring when installing the game on Windows 8.1 64
• Fixed a bug that was occurring when driving with Monster cars in tunnels
• Several bug fixes and improvements related to Summit events
• Fixed a bug that was displaying a 3 minute timer at the end of a Freedrive challenge
